The Mission of EAPIC is to serve as a secure electronic repository of national plant pest lists and for sharing official pest information among member countries and international/ affiliated entities thereby increasing food security and international trade. This site provides a functional and dynamic Pest Information Management System (PIMS) that should facilitate the creation of pest risk assessments (PRA), leading to increased trade and food security in the region.
